1. The Head of the Institution shall reserve the right to reject any student seeking admission to the Institute keeping in view the antecedents and conduct of the student.
2. The students shall abide by rules & regulations of the University and the Institute. The rules of discipline and proper conduct shall also be binding on the students.
3. During the first week after the classes begin, 100% attendance will be insisted. If a candidate fails to attend the classes during this period, his/her admission will be offered to the next candidate and fee paid him/her shall be forfeited.
4. If a student's name is struck off the rolls due to non-payment of fee and is readmitted later on, his/her attendance shall not be counted for that period.
5. In case of serious ailment, a student shall have to submit necessary medical certificate immediately after he/she is fit to join classes and not at the end of academic session, to the Director of the Institution. Each candidate, at the time of admission, shall sign an undertaking that in the event of his/her leaving the Institution without completing the course, he/she shall not claim any refund of fees (except caution money, which will be refunded after completion of the stipulated period of the course).

7. Candidate seeking admission under reserved categories shall submit relevant certificates / affidavit to substantiate their claim in the proforma prescribed the Government / University.
